Staff Handbook
Read this in full before taking any moderation action. Ignorance of these guidelines is not an excuse.
This handbook is mandatory reading for all staff. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a staff strike or removal.
Introduction
This handbook explains the expectations, responsibilities, and moderation procedures for all staff members. Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community environment. All moderation actions should be handled fairly, calmly, and consistently.
Staff should always aim to de-escalate situations, avoid arguments, and enforce rules without bias.
Staff Responsibilities
Staff members are expected to:
- Enforce all server rules fairly and consistently
- Remain calm and professional when dealing with members
- Avoid escalating conflicts or engaging in arguments
- Document warnings or punishments when possible
- Ask higher staff or management for help if unsure about a situation
- Treat every member with respect regardless of personal opinions
Staff members represent the server and should always set a good example.
Punishment System
Moderation actions should generally follow this structure unless the situation is severe:
Always have proof of any ban. You will be asked for it — failure to provide proof after banning someone will result in a punishment.
Rule Enforcement Guidelines
Members must treat others with kindness and basic decency.
- Insulting another user
- Harassing someone repeatedly
- Personal attacks during arguments
Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any discriminatory language is strictly prohibited.
- Using slurs
- Racist or discriminatory jokes
- Targeting someone based on identity
All content must remain appropriate for all ages.
- Posting explicit images or videos
- Sexual jokes or comments
- Inappropriate profile pictures or usernames
Chat should remain readable and organized.
- Sending the same message repeatedly
- Excessive emoji spam
- Flooding chat with caps or nonsense messages
Promotion of outside platforms is not allowed without staff permission.
- Advertising another Discord server
- Promoting YouTube channels or Roblox games
- Sending unsolicited advertisements through DMs
Cheating in-game or using illegal plugins on Discord — also includes promoting cheats in the server.
- Sharing Roblox exploit scripts
- Cheating in the game
- Promoting exploit tools
Members may not impersonate staff or other users.
- Changing nickname to appear as staff
- Using the same profile picture to deceive others
- Pretending to be another member
Messages should match the purpose of the channel.
- Posting memes in announcement channels
- Off-topic conversations in structured channels
Sharing personal information without consent is strictly forbidden.
- Posting someone's real name, phone number, or address
- Sharing private social media accounts without permission
All members must follow platform rules. Discord Terms of Service & Roblox Community Standards.
- Scamming users
- Illegal content
- Violating platform policies
Staff decisions must be respected. If a moderator tells someone to stop a behavior, they are expected to comply.
- Continuing to argue after being told to stop
- Ignoring moderation instructions
Not every possible situation can be listed in the rules.
- Attempting to bypass rules
- Intentionally disrupting the community
- Looking for loopholes in the rules
Final Notes
By being inside the server, members agree to follow all rules listed above.
Rules may be updated or changed at any time to maintain a safe and positive community environment.
Staff should always prioritize fairness, professionalism, and community safety when moderating.
